9曲のアルバム収録曲はマイケル・レオンハートとドナルドの共同プロデュースによる作品。アイザック・ヘイズの「アウト・オブ・ザ・ゲットー」のカヴァー以外はすべて、ドナルドのオリジナル作品。

スティーリー・ダン・ファミリーのジョン・ヘリントン、ザ・スティーリー・ダン・ホーンズ、フレディー・ワシントンもミュージシャンとして参加している。
