昨年、デビュー50周年を迎えた女性シンガー、ディオンヌ・ワーウィック。1972〜1977年に在籍していたワーナー・ブラザーズ時代に5枚のアルバムを残していますが、コレクターの間では未発表のマスターテープがワーナー・ブラザーズの倉庫に眠っているとまことしやかにささやかれておりました。そんな中、遂に19曲もの未発表音源が発掘。アッシュフォード＆シンプソンと73年にレコーディング・セッションしたタイトルトラックや、アルバム・セッションからのアウトテイクの他、1976年に発表するはずだったアルバムのために録音した、プロデューサーのジョー・ポーター（グラディス・ナイト＆ザ・ピップスなど）が手がけた5曲、そして、バート・バカラックがプロデュース、二ール・サイモンとボビー・ラッセルがソングライティング、フィル・ラモーンがエンジニアを担当した3曲（「He Walked Right Through the Door」「And Then You Know What He Did」「Plastic City」）の未発表曲も収録！
