演奏は良いんだけど。。ミックスのせいか、歌が出しゃばり過ぎ。ちょっとうざったい。。声を後追いで重ねたりとか、エコー処理とか.....。そんなにシュミーアを前面に出さなくても。。Destructionの金看板はギターリフでしょ。。

ようやく発売となったDESTRUCTIONのアルバムだけど、今までのアルバムから比べると今回のアルバムはバラエティに富んでると想いますね。深みがあって、それでいてダーク感もあって…でも、スラッシュ・メタル本質、原点とでも言える音質やフレーズなど、表現力があり、バラエティに富んだアルバムになってるような気がします。DESTRUCTIONが今まで創造してきたスラッシュ・メタル一筋にその情熱をかける姿勢や意欲にファンと共に彼等に大きな拍手を贈りたい…

ここ近年は2年ごとに何か音源を出している彼等だが、予想通り「THRASH ANTHEMS」に続くアルバムが登場決定。HEADHUNTERの新作が自己満足レベルの凡作だったため、いやでもDESTRUCTIONの新作に期待が向いてしまう。現代におけるスラッシュメタルの安心ブランド（？）とも言える彼らだけに、今までどおりの図太くも鋭いリフでのスラッシュ攻勢を待ちに待っている今日この頃・・・。
