本作には、3月13日にZepp Diver Cityにて行われたライブをアンコールを含め26曲収録。最新アルバム『人間と動物』からの楽曲はもちろん、数々のヒット曲を盛り込んだ内容となっている。
さらに特典映像として、この全国ツアーの様子を収めたドキュメンタリー映像『電G軍団ほら吹きツアー同行記』も約1時間に渡るボリュームで収録。こちらではツアーのリハーサルや移動風景、楽屋でのワンシーンなど、メンバーのバックステージの様子が楽しめる。

DVDとBlu-rayでのリリース、各初回生産限定盤には映像と同内容のライブCDが付属となる。
