The Plunge

If you're drawn to a song because of the singers voice, instrumentation, or lyrics, Deanna and her band provide it all. The Louisville, Ky native was first introduced to a world-wide audience as a contestant on American Idol Season 8. Deanna made it all the way to the Hollywood round and received stellar reviews from all four iudges. After the show's end, Deanna signed her first record real with 0cean Records. Her debut album, 'Traveler' was released in 2009. 'Traveler' was quickly followed up by 'Live @ Aqua Sounds,' which was released in 2010. Fans alike have found a connection to her soulful lyrics und melodies. Her unique sound landed her on Music (Connection magazine's 'Hot 100 of 2009.' Deanna completed a 16 state U.S. Tour this past June and performs regularly in the Caribbean music circuit. 'The Plunge' is Deanna's sophomore studio album. 'My focus has always been on flourishing in my ability to create music. There is a huge market for songwriters as well as performers, you just have to find what works for you and your audience.
