Rise Up

If you like artists like Ben Harper and Michael Franti and even Jack Johnson, then you will love this album!!! I had a hard time picking a genre just because the music transcends all the definitions of what reggae or rock or pop is. My influences range from my teenage metal days to my strictly reggae years ( yes I had locks past my bum) to all the hip hop and old school funk I've come to appreciate over the years. I played everything myself except for the drum tracks which were pre-recorded samples that I edited and then looped and recorded and mixed everything myself as well. It's been a long process but I'm proud of it. Hopefully you will enjoy and pass it on to a friend or few thousand friends!!! 'Nuff respect.
