Darrell McCall Country From The Heart is Darrell's first studio solo album in three years. This new CD contains thirteen songs including some that Darrell composed including Cold Long Neck Beer Jug Hurry Up The Marionette Get'er Back On The Road The Best of Our Good Times and Just Ask Me (a duet with Guyanne McCall). Darrell also included some of his favorite standards and hard to find gems including Invitation to the Blues For A Minute There Florence Jean Take Me As I Am She'll Unwine Me and Stone Heart. Produced by Jim Loessberg, Darrell McCall Country From The Heart was produced by Jim Loessberg and features some of the Texas A List of musicians including Jake Hooker on bass, T. Bonta on piano, Don Brewer on bass, Bobby Flores on fiddle and viola, Dave Biller on guitar, Randy Reinhard and Jim Loessberg on steel guitar, Jim Loessberg on drums and Cody McCall on harmony vocals.
