Product Description

Crescent Moon is the first release by D3X, recorded February-April 2014. The heavy-leaning sound is partly due to guitarist Bob Doughty's use of baritone guitars exclusively on this record. The rhythm section of Cisco Romero (Drums/Percussion) and Kris Miller (Bass) lay down the bedrock as well as backing vocals on 'Crescent Moon', 'Stand On' and 'Wish/ Hope'. From the almost-out-of-control feedback in the title track to the beseeching vocals in 'Wish/ Hope' this EP explores unique sonic textures with choruses sure to become earwigs.
