幾度となく聞き、その良さを実感できるアルバムです。POPなシンディとは、また違ったシックな一面が表現されています。シンディお気に入りの一枚です！

アルバム発売時には、殆ど忘れかけられている存在になっていましたが、このアルバムのタイトル曲「Hat Full of Stars」は、先のレビューにもありますが、「Time After Time」「True Colors」の有名な曲に匹敵する名曲である事に間違い無いと思います。私も初めて聞いた時に涙しました、Cyndi Lauperの楽曲の中で一番好きな曲です。評価はこの曲のおかげで星5つ。

これを購入したのはずばり93年の夏でした。 解説を読んでびっくりしたのはプロデューサーがあのジュニア・ヴァスケスだったということ（！）。 彼らしい、いかにもクラブっぽい音ではなく、当時流行のR＆B風に仕上げてあるのがツボです。 最後のタイトル曲は、佳作「TRUE　COLORS」に匹敵するほどで、いつ聞いても泣ける名曲です。 しっとりと聴きたいときのBGMにどうぞ
