Cuttlebone is the brain child of Berto Benac and Nemo Copeland. Tired of the cover band scene, they set out to create fun, thoughtful music with killer hooks and socially relevant lyrics. HELLo is the appetizer for what is to come- the 2 CD Concept Album 'The Dog'. Now joined by Drummer Mark Bocain, Bassist Tony Roy and Guitarist Brandon Hotaling, this ambitious project is underway and will be released late 2014-early 2015. A much heavier, darker record, The Dog will be reminiscent of the swirling heady sounds of Pink Floyd, the technical ambition and virtuosity of Rush, and the spacious hard edge of Porcupine Tree.
