The Corrugation is influenced by such bands as New Order, The Cure, Peter Murphy, The Chameleons, Depeche Mode, Kitchens Of Distinction, The Sound, Comsat Angels, Editors, The Fixx, Simple Minds, Xymox, Wire, Joy Division, Kraftwerk, Cocteau Twins, The Mission, The Sisters Of Mercy, Siouxsie & The Banshees, etc. Features the single 'The Darkest Place', which received airplay in Phoenix, AZ on KWSS 106.7 FM. The Corrugation is Jim Ballard (vocals, guitar, bass, synths, programming) Songs were written between 2009 and 2010, and recorded at Studio B in Phoenix between September 2011 and September 2012. Produced, mixed and mastered by Jim Yielding with Jim Ballard. The cover art, titled 'Despair' is by Hazel Billingsley, photographer and model for the Between Hope and Fear CD and The Darkest Place single.
