Consolation

The Copenhagen-based group The Consolation is ready with new, self-titled Americana album. The band, which consists of Nis Houses, Jacob Svensson, Kristian degaard and Thomas Sttt, have worked hard this past year to refine it's, the Danish folk / alt. Country scene rather unique expression. The 11 highly catchy songs have been clothed with some very evocative events where organic and hand played popular meetings electrified heartland rock and dust and honkytonk'ed outlaw country. Prior to the Release was the band on the winter tour of most of Denmark, which is followed by a series of summer concerts and a new tour in autumn.
