Get Loud

Building on the momentum from his first two albums The Road Ahead (2005) and Spin 6-PAK Vol. I (2008), both which have been honored with accolades, Codie Prevost has now released his highly-anticipated third album, GET LOUD. An exciting change for Prevost this time around was having the opportunity to work with one of Canada's top producers, Tom McKillip in Vancouver, who captured his unique style and sound. McKillip says Codie has all the ingredients to be the next Canadian country music star on the scene. A great collection of self penned material mixed with songs by some of the best Nashville writers. He puts on a great live show and I think he'll soon be a major presence on radio and TV. From the lead off CMT single/video Rolling Back To You to the potential new wedding song From Where I Stand, this album is sure to have something for everyone. The hidden gem is I'm Okay, written for a friend who was having a hard time dealing with the loss of her brother. GET LOUD also features guest appearances by One More Girl and Katie Love Hess and contains the bonus track Cotton Eye Joe.
