Note: The sound source recorded on this CD is based on the only existing record that was cut directly from the 1949 radio broadcast on the alumite board. It has deteriorated over time, and there is noise and sound cracking as a whole. In addition, there are some missing parts of the sound caused by the damaged groove.

録音状態は製造元の言う通りではあり、演奏はミスタッチどころか一楽章の展開部は何をやっているのかわからない状態。一楽章の序奏は普通にカットされている上に女子アナの演奏者紹介アナウンスが入り、二楽章は速く、三楽章も主題の後大幅カットで五分ちょうどの上、その後また女子アナの声。しかし、演奏の気合に圧倒されてこれらが全然気にならなくなってしまう。田中希代子と同様の匂いを感じるが遥かにストイック。正直な所評価不能。何回も聞き返すようなものではないと思われる。音はもっと悪いと思ったが、ルービンシュタインの初期ＳＰ程度は確保。欠落については復刻の際よくまとめたという感じである。
