一体、誰が声をかけるとこれだけのビッグ・ネームばかりを集めることが出来るのだろうか？ JAZZアルバムとしても、フュージョンアルバムとしても、マイルス同級会アルバムとしてもプレミアムに楽しめる。 2枚組みのうち1枚目は、ジョン・マクラフリンと、チック・コリアのオリジナルが交互に演奏され、長尺の割には全く飽きが来ないのはブライアン・ブレイドとクリスチャン・マクブライドという信じられないリズム隊がグルーブをキープしているから。 2枚目は「ドクター・ジャックル」にはじまり最後はハービー・ハンコックの飛び入りで「いつか王子様が」というサプライズ付き。 来日ライブを見た人も見逃した人も必携の一枚。
