名古屋を中心に全国のClub、ライブハウスで活動する４人組。HipHop、Jazz、Funkを中心に、Rock、Popsなど様々な音楽的要素をバックグラウンドとし、ギター、ベース、ドラムのシンプルなバンドサウンドの上に心温まるメッセージを込めたラップを乗せ、Cheat Jam DirectionならではのHipHopとしてそれを昇華する。2009年にミニアルバム「01」をリリースし大きな反響を呼ぶと、翌年２月に自ら主催したLIVEには150人を超える動員を記録。2011年１月に1stフルアルバム「02」をリリース。JazzyでFunkyなHipHop BANDが愛知に登場。
