Charlie's 3rd CD 'What It Is.', released in January 2012, is already receiving critical acclaim. Brilliantly produced by Derek Chafin, this record features the country-rock flavored ode to simplicity 'Little Things', the flat-out rocker 'So Bad', the quietly contemplative and gorgeously arranged 'Still Wind', and a nod to Charlie's Sound Of Philadelphia roots 'Too Late To Pretend'.
