お気に入りのアルバムです。毎日のように聴きこんでます。アメアイ優勝者の中でも最も活躍している内の一人ですよね。新作も期待しています！！

とにかく、本当に、滅茶苦茶、幸せな気持ちにさせてくれる、最上の一枚である。14曲の全てが個性を遺憾無く発揮していて、活き活きしている。Carrieくらいの年齢の女性の視点からみた人生の喜怒哀楽が、音楽を通して、余すところなく表現されている（と思う）。聴き始めの頃は、Bonnie Raittの「Give It Up」あたりが彷彿としたが、ブルース色を出さずにあくまでポップスを基調としたことで、彼女の歌唱力が存分に生かされた（と思う）。音楽が好きなら必ず本作を聴いて欲しいな…つづく

pop・countryからしばらく離れていた頃がありました。ｵｰﾙﾄﾞﾀｲﾑや南部ｻｳﾝﾄﾞ、とにかく泥臭い音楽を好んで聴いてました。普通のcountryでもｸﾞﾚｯﾁｪﾝとかﾁｯｸｽなんかが好きで。それより前はｼｬﾅｲｱ、ﾌｪｲｽ、ﾘｱﾝ。でも手放し、いくつかは再入手しました。とくにﾘｱﾝの初期、ｾﾙﾌﾀｲﾄﾙはお気に入りです。で、ｷｬﾘｰも興味がわき入手しましたが、ｱｲﾄﾞﾙ離れした実力に強くうなずいています。元々countryの歌手は上手な人が多いですが、この人の声は、体の奥から力が込み上げて来るような、生命力溢れる声だと感じ、瞼に緑溢れる田園風景が浮かんできます。ゆったりした曲も元気な曲も、てらいなく歌うｷｬﾘｰの心意気が感じられる名盤です。
