Aries & Libra

We have been writing songs since 2004 and have just now compiled, perfected and recorded them for one full-length album. Since we have evolved in the past 9 years along with our personal musical tastes and abilities, you will find a great variety of speed, power, style, and lyrical content, while still having an album that flows together as a whole. Our lyrics on average relate to everyday situations and emotions, like love, thoughts of life and mortality, nostalgia, partying, and some dream-like scenarios. Some of our songs on this album tell fictional stories while others recount memories of times at UMass Amherst, where 4 out of 5 of us went to school. Listeners of the album so far have said that the album was easily stuck in their head and made them want to listen again and again. We strive to have lyrics that are easy to make out and understand, and simple enough while still containing subtle references and metaphors which can instill certain emotions to the listener. Coming from a house party school like UMass, one of our goals with our music is to make something that's perfect for throwing on at one in the background, while still being intricate enough so that an individual listener can discover something new when listening to the album time after time. We are independently financed and unsigned, and are honored whenever anyone buys or samples our music. We hope we can share this album with you!
