NYC's Burnside Project deliver their follow-up to 2003's the Networks, the Circuits, the Streams, the Harmonies. Though their signature electronic production is prevalent throughout, the Finest Example Is You is a more diverse collection of songs. IDM rhythms have been streamlined into danceable, four-on-the-floor beats. The guitars have been turned up to punch through dense textures of synthesizer and organ. And unlike the understated vocals of the Networks, singer Richard Jankovich's melodies are up-front and immediate, occasionally backed by the beautifully bittersweet harmonies of Mendoza Line's Shannon McArdle. 前作よりもメロディアスになったため非常に聴きやすい作品。聴きやすいって言ったって具体的に何？ってよく言われるんで答えるとすると、心地よいビートとギターリフの融合。うーん、自分でもうまく表現できん（涙）とにかく思わず他人に勧めたくなるCDってあるでしょ!?それですよ！
