1973年にリリースされたサイケ・フォーク&ハードグループの貴重な音源が、メンバーの許可を得て初めて正規のレコードとしてリリース!!

ブリッグは、高校時代の友人3人によって結成されたペンシルバニア州のフォーク・サイケ・バンド。1973年、彼らはお金を借りて最初のアルバムをレコーディング、メンバーの一人が夢の中でこの名前を見たことから「BRIGG」と名付けられたそう。録音場所は食料品店を改造した4トラックスタジオで、ジャケットの写真は、ダンヴィルのお化け屋敷で撮ったもの。

1000枚のプレスを行い、一部は友人などに売ったものの結局ライブをすることはかなわなかったそう・・・。残ったコピーを2人で分けて、それぞれの道を歩むことになります。数十年後、BRIGGのアルバムはコレクターズアイテムとなり、世界中で海賊版が出回ったのは周知のとおりです。
