Product Description

The Brain Inventory Trio is a new project of mine featuring two of Finland's finest improvisers: Esa Pietila on saxophones and Juho Laitinen on cello/electronics. This multi-cultural project includes both composed and improvised music. The recording comes from a 2011 live concert in Helsinki. If you like acoustic music that spans the range from Ornette Coleman to Cecil Taylor to John Cage than you will thoroughly enjoy this recording.
