非常にきめ細やかで、美しい演奏と思います...

非常にきめ細やかで、美しい演奏と思います。ベームの作品集は、Leonhardt晩年の名演が耳についていますが、Leonhardtの演奏が北ドイツ楽派らしい、堅固な構築を前面に打ち出した、論理的でがっしりした性格であったのに比して、Stellaの演奏は遥に優美で繊細です。もちろん、ドイツ・バロックの巨匠の一人として、どんなに優美な楽曲においても、決して構造が曖昧になる事がないのですが、それでもこの演奏の面持ちはどこかはるか南の国への憧れを宿しているように感じられます。これは前半のチェンバロ曲において顕著ですが、後半のオルガン演奏も壮大ではあっても、どこか愛想良く人懐っこい印象が強く、ベームの音楽の性格によくマッチしていると思います。全集としてももちろん貴重ですが、それを越えた美演盤で、ルネサンス・バロック音楽に親しむ方なら手元に置いておかれて損はないのではないでしょうか。
