Jazz Hands" is the first studio album under the Bob James name to be released in 10 years, since 2013's "Alone Kaleidoscope by Solo Piano". The album features "That Bop" by HipHop legend DJ Jazzy Jeff. The song was also composed by "Kaidee Tatham," a member of 2000 Black who worked with Bugs in the Attack, The Herbalizer, and 4 Heroes' Deego. It is a remarkable song for the generation who enjoyed HipHop in the 90's and early 2000's.

The B-side features the original version of "Shamboozie," which is the first 7-inch single to feature a big story. This song was used in the single "Rispek" released this May by AI, one of Japan's leading R&B singers, and is also known as the original version of Rakim's "Guess Who's Back," a well-known song for B-Boys. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the birth of HIPHOP, and the song is included to commemorate the occasion.
