This is another ‘must have’ album for Dylan fans following on from the huge success of the five previous records in the ‘Bootleg’ series. Volume 6 contains a complete concert from the great man recorded on Halloween, 1964 at the Philharmonic Hall, New York. This show captured Dylan live as he moved from his early folk albums to the more mature, ‘classic’ sound of ‘Another Side…’. Featuring older tracks like ‘Don’t Think Twice, It’s All Right’ and yet to be released future favourite ‘Mr Tambourine Man’, this is Dylan at his absolute best.

うーむ。先に書いた自分のレビューに怒り爆発です（笑）。「LIVE1976」がリリースされない事への腹いせみたいなレビューになってますしね。「これもディランの一面なのだ」と素直に認めれば、この「LIVE1964」も充分に楽しめます。犬ちゃんさんが言うように、ステージ上で笑いも取るディランが聴けます（笑）。

初期の名曲満載！アコギとブルースハープだけで観客を魅了する若いディランは笑いも取る。やっぱエンターティナーとしても最高なんだね！そこが好き。
