2018 album from Austin-based blues and soul artist Black Joe Lewis & the Honeybears. The Difference Between Me & You is the follow-up to his 2017 album Backlash, which debuted at #3 on the Billboard Top Blues Albums Chart. The album is sonically inspired by the hill country blues of Junior Kimbrough, cowpunk style of The Gun Club, and the southern soul of Stax. It was recorded in their hometown of Austin, Texas, with Grammy award winning producer Stuart Sikes (The White Stripes, Cat Power, Modest Mouse).
