Chop Chop

One of Ireland's most beloved groups Bell X1 return with their sixth Studio Album Chop Chop. Recorded in Bridgeport, Connecticut with longtime National producer Peter Katis and Thomas Bartlett (Antony & the Johnsons), the record moves the band in a bold new direction. In Bartlett's words, 'From the moment I heard the demos, I knew this was a special batch of songs, nestled in the sweet spot between wistfulness and joy.' Since 2008, Bell X1 has toured America 14 times. They have had a Top 5 radio hit with 'The Great Defector', appeared on Letterman, Conan O'Brien, Craig Ferguson, Jimmy Kimmel and Rachel Ray. They've also been profiled numerous times on NPR, played the first broadcast concert on the rooftop of Facebook and had their music appear in TV shows the O.C. & Grey's Anatomy.
