現在でも人気で廃盤の初期EP／盛り沢山の未発表曲／再編集した楽曲を収録した作品。
ザック・コンドンが若かりし時に製作していた楽曲などを中心に自身で選曲。

いまでは廃盤となっている『Lon Gisland』(2006年)、『Elephant Gun』(2007年)、『Pompeii』（2007年)からの楽曲、コンピレーション『Red Hot + Rio 2』に収録のの楽曲に加え、ザックが若い頃に製作しずっとハードディスクにいれたままの楽曲を再編集した未発表曲など全26曲を収録。
14歳のザックの頭の中にある音楽に命を吹き込もうとした試みから、現在の完全な形のBeirutに至るまでの、2005年のA Hawk and A Hacksawと出会ったあたりから2011年頃までの道程を巡る事ができます。
そして今作には、収録曲にまつわるストーリーをザック本人がライナーノーツで紹介。より深く彼の考えに触れる事ができます。日本流通盤CD/LPにはライナーノーツの日本語訳を収録。
