    ’15年発表。Zachary Francis Condonによるソロユニットの4年振りの作品。先行で発表されたリードトラックの②を筆頭にどの楽曲も独自の世界観を持ったユニーク且つハイクオリティの無国籍サウンドに。レコーディングはNYで僅か2週間で行われたそうだけれど、非常に洗練されたものに仕上がっている。すごくハッキリしたビジョンや美意識を感じさせる。何かライフスタイルまでも提唱された気持ちになる素敵な作品だ。

    Beirutの作品を聴くのはこれが初。ウワサどおりのグッドミュージック！Bon IverもだけどUSではこういうインディーミュージックがまっとうに評価されてるのがいいよね。日本も追い付いてほしいところ。
