シルク・ドゥ・ソレイユによるエンターテインメント・ショー『Love』から生まれたビートルズのニュー・アルバム。ビートルズのプロデューサー、ジョージ・マーティンが息子ジャイルズ・マーティンとともにビートルズの曲を新たにアレンジし直した（今風に言うと）マッシュ・アップ的な作品です。楽器やヴォーカルなどをトラックごとに解体、バラバラのパーツとパーツを組み合わせる事によって生まれた新たなマジック！“トゥモロー・ネヴァー・ノウズ”の太いビートに“ウィズイン・ユー・ウィズアウト・ユー”のジョージのヴォーカルが乗ったり、“ホワイル・マイ・ギター〜”（アコースティック・ヴァージョン）に新たなストリングスがプラスされたりと、サプライズが満載！
