アクセル・ルディ・ペルの「The Ballads」(1993年)、「The Ballads Ⅱ」(1999年)に続くバラード集の第3弾。新曲”Don`t Say Goodbye”、レインボーのカヴァー” The Temple Of The King”（出ました!!）、既発曲、再録曲を含む11曲入り（Vo.はジョニー・ジョエリ）。当然、アクセル・ファンなら”買い”であります。どこでもいいから日本のレコード会社がアクセルの国内盤を出してくれないかなぁ、、、。次のスタジオ作は日本国内でのリリースを望みます。
