Broken Down Bus

This CD can almost be heard as a concept album. Right from the opening track 'This House', you know it's gonna be interesting. With it's songs of regret, apology, angst, and acceptance, The Broken Down Bus describes some of the most difficult feelings and situations that a person can experience in relationships. These tracks might not have been meant to cheer you up, but you may feel better-off after listening to them a few times. The Broken Down Bus is the first official release from 18-year-old singer/songwriter/musician Austyn Castelli and her musician friends. With it's five songs, (six tracks counting an alternate take of Colby), all written and produced by Austyn, this CD has a style all it's own. This album and many other yet-to-be-released tracks were recorded over a 3 year period. An eclectic collection of musicians contributed to this CD including, Jim McGee, Craig Kastelnik, Wayne Paco Maura, Paul Sobolewski, Jack O'Donnell, Damian Calcagne, Steve Carlisle, Joe Castelli, and Jeff Hambright.
