Conocidos por sus melodas imborrables y sus historias sobre la honestidad, la prdida y el deseo, con un dejo de melancola, Austria lanza su primer disco, NADA. El sexteto oriundo de Rosario, Argentina, fue fundado por Lautaro Gonzalez de Cap (guitarra y voz) y Martn Rougier (piano y voz) y luego adquirieron una muy buena reputacin gracias sus canciones y sus impecables shows. Luego de hacerse un nombre por s mismos en su ciudad natal e incorporar al productor y guitarrista, Franco Mascotti, pusieron su mira en Estados Unidos y tocaron en Los Angeles y New York. Debido al gran impacto de los shows frente a ejecutivos y fans del movimiento Latino Alternativo consiguieron un lugar en una de las radios ms influyentes, KCRW (Santa Mnica, CA) Al volver a casa, fueron invitados al Quilmes Rock -el festival de rock ms grande del pas- y luego tocaron en el programa de televisin '45 db'. El sencillo del lbum, 'Descender', ya llam la atencin de gran parte de la audiencia de la msica Latina Alternativa en Estados Unidos, Mjico y an de Australia, como as tambin de un grupo de promotores de shows y estaciones de radio de Norte Amrica. Known for their indelible melodies and stories about family, honesty and loss with a melancholy twist, Austria releases it's first full-length album, NADA. The Rosario, Argentina sextet was founded by Lautaro Gonzalez de Cap (guitar, vocals) and Martin Rougier (keyboards, vocals) and soon developed a reputation for their songwriting and exceptionally tight performances. Soon after making a name for themselves in their hometown, the guys, who later included guitarist and producer, Franco Mascotti, set their sights on America, showcasing in Los Angeles and New York. Strong performances in front of Latin Alternative fans and industry led to spot airplay on influential radio station KCRW (Santa Monica, CA). Taking their act back home found them being invited to the Quilmes Rock Festival - Argentina's biggest rock show - and performing on television program 45 db. The album's lead single, Descender, has all ready grabbed the attention of some core Latin Alternative music enthusiasts in America, Mexico and as far away as Australia, as well as a handful of concert promoters and radio stations in the U.S.
