ニュー・オリンズ出身、21才の新進気鋭のR&BアーティストのデビューEP。
自身の父のドラッグの問題などでの悩みのはけ口として、Youtube にカヴァーなどを投稿を行い、それが音楽への入り口となる。その後、紆余曲折を経て、アトランタに移り、NNTME MuCoのサポートを受けて、本格的な音楽活動を2011年よりスタート。ミックス・テープ「Product」をリリースするなど活動を本格化。その後、DJ DRAMA と組んで「Product 2」も制作。ゲストには、トリニダード・ジェイムス、ジュエルズ・サンタナ、ザ・ドリーム、ジャジー・フェイなども参加しており、まさに「次にくるのはAugust」状態になっている。
