リバイバルしたての双子のアンチボディはブレンチャイルドとして、それぞれカナンとヒギンズにアジャストした。そして、ノヴィス・ノアは補給とオルファンへの対策協議のため呉港に寄港した。そこに紛れ込んだジョナサンはクマゾーを人質にとり、母であるアノーア艦長に、愛を持とうとしなかった母親の無責任さへの恨みごとを言い放つ。そして、ノヴィス・ノアから逃亡しようとしたジョナサンは、誤ってクマゾーを艦から滑落させてしまうが、ジョナサンの叫びに呼応したグランチャーが間一髪、クマゾーを救った。クマゾーの勇気を称えつつ、ジョナサンは撤退する。一方、アノーアは再会をした息子ジョナサンの告発と憎悪に深く傷つき、自室に閉じこもってしまう。そんな時、謎のオーガニック・プレートがノヴィス・ノアを追尾していた・・・・・・！！
