Product Description

1990 release of mostly previously unreleased performances by the original band captured at the Cincinnati club in April 1970. Gregg Allman called the club 'A Real Dungeon, but a great place to play. We always had a great gig there. It was hot & sweaty & people came to hear'. This documents the band on the road honing their chops prior to their legendary Fillmore East live album recorded the following March.

当時の最新機材や優秀なｽﾀｯﾌに相応の制作費を投じて生み出された名盤、ﾌｨﾙﾓｱ･ｲｰｽﾄ･ﾗｲﾌﾞとは比べるべくもないが…同時期の彼らのありのままのｽﾃｰｼﾞをﾀﾞｲﾚｸﾄに2chﾃﾞｯｷでﾚｺｰﾃﾞｨﾝｸﾞした本作品も別の意味で重要な遺産であるといえる。その頃のﾗｲﾌﾞでの定番でありながらﾌｨﾙﾓｱには収録されていないﾌｰﾁｰ･ｸｰﾁｰ･ﾏﾝやら、二枚目丸々44分のﾏｳﾝﾃﾝ･ｼﾞｬﾑなど聴き応えは十分！後のﾐｷｼﾝｸﾞによる修正も無く、ｲｺﾗｲｻﾞｰ処理が為された程度のありのままのﾗｲﾌﾞがここにはある。
