Alicia Keys brings back MTV's Unplugged! The CD comprises of her MTV Unplugged performance, which took place at The BAM Harvey Theater on July 14th, where Alicia performed hits from her current and debut albums, including 'Karma', 'Woman's Worth', 'How Come U Don't Call', 'If I Ain't Got You', 'Diary', 'You Don't Know My Name' and 'Fallin'. Included in her performance was a mesmerising duet of 'Wild Horses' with Maroon 5's Adam Levine. Highlights of the set include the unveiling of some new tracks, including a soulful track entitled 'Unbreakable', a cover of 'Every Little Bit', the closing number with guest rappers Common and Mos Def, performing the hip-hop classic 'Love It Or Leave It Alone' and the blow-out finale with Damian Marley for a group performance of the current reggae smash 'Welcome To Jamrock'.

私が最初に「Alicia Keys」というアーティ...

私が最初に「Alicia Keys」というアーティストに触れるきっかけになったのがこのアルバムであり、映像でした。 当時、マルーン5を好んで聴いていたこともありダム・レヴァインとの「Wild Horses」を聴くために購入しましたが、プリンスのカバー「How Come You Don’t Call Me」を聴いた瞬間そんなことを忘れさせられました。 とにかく、babyfaceのアンプラグドに匹敵するスケールと歌唱力に引き込まれずに入られませんでした。 断言。天才はここにもいます！

Tone!........Fallin’........これが、My.favorite.song.........Jazz.ピアニスト一本でも、やっていけそうな、見事な、弾きっぷりに、彼女独特な、ハスキーVoice .と、これまた、異例の、リズム感。......すべてが、パーペクト。！.........それに加えて、超、美人。！......お見事と、いう他に、ことばが、見つからない。。。。。。タマタマ、何も考えずに、CD.を買って、しまったが、DVD.のほうが、断然いいと思う。..... My Boo - (with Alicia Keys) ..Usher版....こちらも、最高
