After a five year sabbatical spent whitewater kayaking and raft guiding in Oregon, Alice returns with a new album steeped in her love for life in the natural world. Produced by Rob Seifert Gage (the Eels, Andy Stochansky), this disc features her vocals and guitar front and center. DiMicele is dedicated to changing the world through music. Her song Promise of the Sun was written after the murders of forest activist David Gypsy Chain and Matthew Shepard.
