この時期のアリス・クーパーはジャケットのギミックも含めての「作品」という姿勢だったので、ジャケットが学校の机になったり、その机の中に通信簿やパンティー（！）が入ってたり、というのも、「作品」としての重要な要素だった。まだ「ショック・ロック」なんて呼ばれてはいなかったが、これは大変ショッキングで、「こいつら、何でもありなんだな」と思ったものだ。 今回それが再現されるのは、だから、非常に喜ばしいけど、しかし、通信簿はともかく、パンティーはどうするんでしょう。ＬＰの時は「実物大」でしたが、ＣＤサイズだと、かなりの「縮小版」になるのかな。それって、ある意味、「実物大」よりアブナイ感じだけど（笑）

嬉しいリマスター再発！ 現在発売されているＣＤは、音が悪いのでしっかりリマスターされている事を期待する。（変形ジャケ等で、ちと価格が高いが・・・） この作品が「歴史的名盤」かどうかはさて置き、日本ではすっかり忘れられた感のあるアリス・クーパーに、光を！

STEVE HOFFMAN , brags on ALICE COOPER’s ： SCHOOLS OUT’s cover , that his sound ” is the best sound , period ” Well , he may be a legend in his own mind but this CD doesn’t sound much different than the other , older versions. This is very sad because this is a great album. Now , it may not be properly re-mastered for many years. If you want excellent sounding ALICE COOPER , buy Rhino’s re-mastered versions of , WELCOME TO MY NIGHTMARE and BILLION DOLLAR BABIES.
