Go -Organic Orchestra Web Oflight

The 25 member Organic Orchestra presents Web Of Light, a piece featuring 22 angklung (bamboo shakers). The orchestra's concept is to generate unusual relationships of sound against sound, form against form, and rhythm against rhythm in a nonlinear, ever shifting kaleidoscope of music images, weaving it all into what Adam Rudolph calls an audio syncretic music fabric. This powerful piece intertwines unison drum breaks and improvisation with slides of deep space objects, and also included 22 bottles blown over the lip, combined with contemporary harmonies and scale patterns. Contains an African xylophone solo and a drum solo by Rudolph.
