The Upshitter結成前のMarc Serratsが活動していたグループXerramequが2003年に録音した古い楽曲「La Grip」をルンバグループArrels de GraciaのシンガーXimenisを迎えて再レコーディング。 A面は地中海から遠くジャマイカに思いを馳せつつバルセロナの古典ルンバにジャマイカンなレゲエのスパイスを効かせた真新しいフレッシュなルンバレゲエスタイルを構築。そしてB面はThe Upshittersが鉄板リディム「スレンテン」を用いた別ヴァージョンをカップリング。限定プレス。
