1st ALBUM「D.N.A」には、デビューシングル「《A》BEGINNING」と２ndシングル「Gotta Be」、全国スイーツ宅配サービス「CAKE LINK」のイメージキャラクターを務め、そのCMソングとしてもお馴染みの「Colorful Days」に加え、このアルバムのために新たに制作された多数の新曲を含む全13曲が収録されており、彼らの「今」の全てを余すところなく詰め込んだ、まさに原点＝「D.N.A」と呼ぶに相応しい1st ALBUMに仕上がっています。

初回限定盤A、B、通常盤の3形態でのリリースとなり、初回限定盤Aに付属となるBlu-rayおよびDVDの特典映像では、新たに撮りおろされた新曲2曲のMusic VideoとそのMaking Videoに加え、「《A》BEGINNING」「Gotta Be」のMusic Videoが収録。
