大変優れたギタリストですが、セゴヴィアとの確執にあるように歌う楽器ではなく、もちろんそれもありますが、それより踊れる楽器であることも忠実に演奏しようとしたギタリストですね。

このジョン・ウィリアムズのベストアルバムはお買い得です。3枚組で価格もまとめ買いをするとかなり安くなります。選曲もほぼ予想される曲目でした。代名詞であるディアハンターのテーマは2種類のテイクがありこちらにはオリジナル音源が収録されています。私はオリジナル音源の方が好きなので良かったです。
