ボアダムスのＧであり、自ら羅針盤うぃ引いている大阪アンダーグラウンドの巨人、山本精一と70年代後半、東京のロッカーズのムーブメントから現れ独自のスタンスで、高いクオリティの作品を発表し続けてきたPHEWとが、手を組んだ（以前のNOVO-TONOというトリオも組んだが、）。この2人の「奇跡」が生み出した音楽は、決して大げさになる事なく、無駄なものを削ぎ落とした根本的な歌がただ圧倒的に存在するだけだ。
