「教会のステンドグラス」の代表的な録音だが、２曲目集結部の大音量時にピークオーバーらしきデジタルノイズが盛大に乗る。CHANDOSにE-mailで確認したところ、やはり録音時の瑕疵なのでリマスター等では直せないとのこと。 曲が盛り上がったところでの「ギチチチ！」という高音域の耳障りな音なので、きちんとした再生装置で聴くと非常に気になるはず。美しい同曲を心ゆくまで楽しみたいならLopez-Cobos/Cincinnati盤(Telarc)を選んだ方が演奏・録音ともに良好である。
