ナクソスからは既に3番の協奏曲がリリースされているので、本盤にて3曲が出揃うことになるのか。2番はヴァージン・クラシックからもブラームスとのカップリングでCDが出ているから、そちらとの聴き比べも可能。キムのヴァイオリンは特に強い個性はないが、すっきりとして若々しく親しみ易い音色である。近い将来、大手レーベルからCDがリリースされるかも知れない。
