    この本ほんとうに読んでよかった。 今までは、習慣にしたい行動があってもついめんどくさくなって「あー、また明日でいいか」となりがちでした。 でもこの本に書かれている『目標はばかばかしいぐらい小さくしろ』『小さすぎて失敗すらできないポジティブな行動』というのを意識すると、「とりあえずこの小さな行動ひとつだけやるか」と動きだすことができます。 失敗しようのない小さな行動、それだけできれば後は行動のスイッチが入るので、めんどくさいという気持ちが消えて自然と習慣にしやすくなります。これを知って理解しておくのはかなり価値があると思いました。
