今やハリウッドにおいて最大のヒットメイカーでありその手腕はTVドラマ業界においても「C.S.I」シリーズ（スピンオフのマイアミとN.Y）など数々のヒット作を送り出している「ジェリー.ブラッカイマー」製作総指揮による 全米大ヒットシリーズ！！2002年より2009年までの7シーズン製作され放送初期では当時裏番組だった「E.R」を視聴率で越え「E.R」側が放送開始を10分早めるなどの苦肉の策を取ったとゆうエピソードがある程である。 ブラッカイマーブランドとゆう事もあり「C.S.I」シリーズ同様、1話完結で 続き物が苦手とゆう方にもうってつけのドラマである！舞台はニューヨーク 、F.B.I 内にある失踪者を専門に扱うエリート捜査官の物語で良い脚本に配役（俳優陣）も素晴らしく思わず感情移入してしまうエピソードがシーズンを通して多い素晴らしいドラマです！！　シーズン4では日本人が失踪するエピソードがあり、東京ロケも行われ「松方 弘樹」氏もゲストキャストとして出演していたり、シーズン6ではラスベガスに舞台が移った際は「C.S.I」のギル.グリッソムがドラマの垣根を越えてクロスオーバー出演するなどファンにはたまらない演出も魅力の一つではないだろうか！ 派手な銃撃シーンは皆無に等しいのでアクション好きには不向きな作品かも？とにかく名作なのでご覧になって頂きたい作品です！！
