Born in the Bahamas, Walkine grew up with a variety of musical influences which has help to shape his own unique style as a producer, songwriter and singer. Artists such as Bob Marley, Marvin Gay & Lenny Williams, to today's artists such as Babyface, John Legend, Seal, & Stevie Wonder has helped Walkine to define his own personal style of music that is reflective of 70's R&B, a time he states 'when music was music and singers where singers', but with a current but still timeless musical sound suited for today's market. Guided by a music industry veteran in the person of two-time Grammy nominated producer/mix engineer Jon Gass, who's clientele ranges from Babyface, Boys II Men, Madonna is credited with mixing and producing 80 top 20 hits and over 200 gold and platinum albums. Walkine has polished and perfected the raw talent and gift that he was born with and it is truly displayed in his music. Indeed Walkine is what the music industry has been missing for sometime, someone who can really sing, write hit songs and entertain.
