Two Loons for Tea emerges from two years of being in the studio, building Sarathan Records and surviving a near finger-amputation involving a buffalo burger - to release their third album. NINE LUCID DREAMS at once delivers on the promise of their critically-acclaimed predecessors and opens up new artistic vistas for the band. Recorded in part at Willie Nelson's Pedernales Studio in Texas and with longtime friends, drummer Matt Chamberlain, bassist Paul Bushnell, keyboard master Patrick Warren, strings wizard Eyvind Kang and others, NINE LUCID DREAMS combines the alchemy of Sarah Scott's hauntingly beautiful vocals and colorfully imaginative lyrics with Jonathan Kochmer's vivid musical vision. Co-produced by Tom Biller and Eric Rosse, NINE LUCID DREAMS is a diverse musical journey.
